Procedure


Putu Ayu Cake

Ingredients that needed to make Putu Ayu Cake:
250 grams glutinous rice flour
50 grams corn starch
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water whiting
pandan paste to taste
250 ml of warm coconut milk 1 / 2 coconut
5 pieces of plantain, cut into 5 cm
1 / 2 coconuts and a half old, shredded lengthwise
1 pandan leaf, chopped
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Complement:
powdered sugar

Ø  How To make Putu Ayu Cake
1. Mix glutinous rice flour, corn starch, and salt and stir well.
2. Enter whiting water and coconut milk, stir well, add pandan paste, stir well.
3. Take 3 tablespoons of dough, place one slice of banana, banana shapes according to shape, do continue until the dough runs out.
4. Steam for 20 minutes along with grated coconut, salt and pandan leaves, whencooked, coat the cake with grated coconut.
5. Putu ayu Serve with powdered sugar.
